Sale: StarCraft 2 and Velvet Assassin

At any given moment, innumerable wesbites will be offering sales on a myriad of games.  Which ones do you need to know about, right this second?

Blizzard has StarCraft 2 on sale for 33% off, which places the price neatly at $39.99.  Hopefully you've heard of it.  Hopefully you play it already.  If you're into the progaming scene at all, you're probably aware that SC2 is the only RTS (real-time strategy) game played at major tournaments like Dreamhack, MLG, and WCG.  With an active, passionate, and public player and fan base, StarCraft 2 is set to be a huge part of the e-sports future.  You can literally watch it or play it anywhere, anytime.

Velvet Assassin is a third-person stealth game set in Nazi-occupied France during World War II.  While critics didn't have a ton of nice things to say about it, if you're cautious with your gaming dollar, and didn't know whether it was worth 60, 40, or even 20 dollars, you can now check the title out for fewer than $2.  If you enjoyed Thief, Hitman, Splinter Cell, or Metal Gear, you may have had this one on or radar for some time.  Now's the time to jump on it.
